I stopped by Grand Central Market and they no longer make tortillas on the premises. The ones that I bought are La Gloria, made on First Street in Los Angeles. They had just been delivered and were still warm. So that was good. $1.59 for 3 dozen, so I bought them to try out. I was sorry that I could not watch them being made though. Tortilla update!

There is one on Reseda Blvd in Northridge. Grand Central Market in Downtown LA, makes machine made fresh tortilla's that are very good, too. I haven't been there in forever, but I remember it fondly.
