The continuing saga…
6 September 2008Well, here we are, still living in the trailer in Van Nuys — see photo in previous post. We’ve been here for about three months now. My gig in West Hollywood is enjoyable, the trailer site is comfy, there are lots of things to see and do in the southland. I’d like to do some of them, but it’s slow going, what with work and such.
I bought a bicycle, to ride both recreationally and back and forth to the bus stop.
Since then, I’ve been doing some nice (short) recreational rides. I’m horribly out of shape, so six miles is about a good distance for me. I’ve been posting some of the rides on MapMyRide.com and you’re welcome to check them out there.
In my next post, I’ll have some photos and discussion of today’s ride.
